Breaking bad news

Katy's car needs a "gearbox out" repair, oh joy. However I did enjoy the skilled breaking bad news job the garage receptionist did, I reckon we could get her to teach medical students!

So the, somewhat grubby, Golf is the family wagon for a few days.
