Jet Trail

I brought my camera with me when I took out the trash. Instead of taking a picture of the overflowing dumpster across the street from my house, I turned my eyes to the skies and saw this incredibly clear jet trail. The aircraft caught the rays of the setting sun for a moment and flashed brilliant white before fading back to gray and blending into the sky. The vapor trail disappeared as fast as it was generated and I could actually see it boiling out of the plane.

It was a bit too far away for my little lens to capture the crispness of it, so this photo will have to do.
