Daisy Memories

As a child I only had two living Grandparents. Grandma Daisy, on my maternal side, and Poppa Leonard, on my paternal side.

Two very different types of Grandparents, who gave us very different memories and experiances.

Poppa died when I was 19 and living in Christchurch and Grandma died 15 years ago today.

From her I inherit my red hair, which is not as coppery as hers was. She had 8 grandchildren, of which grandchildren four (me), five, six, seven and eight have red hair.
