Christmas Fun!

Moira's eye were so big this morning when she walked into the house and saw all the Christmas decorations. She wanted to know where all our tree decorations were. After explaining to her that she would get to decorate the small tree all by her self when Pop got home from work, she asked me about every five minutes if Pop was home yet! One of our family traditions is to eat lots of sugar christmas cookies, drink egg nog and listen to christmas music while we put ornaments on our tree. Having no time at all to do any christmas baking yet, Moira and I used a slice and bake sugar roll to make some cookies this morning. She loved putting lots of sprinkles on the cookies. When Pop finally came home from work, we were ready with the egg nog and cookies. A couple of years ago I started to collect felt ornaments for this Kid Proof Tree. Moira happily placed the felt ornaments on the tree wherever she wanted too. I know come tomorrow she will play and move them around. She loved having a tree just her size. Christmas is so much fun with a little child.
