to complain or not?

Street in Kirkintilloch has a fairly new Italian restaurant on the corner. (for those who haven't been there in a while, it's the corner where there are 2 old style phone boxes.)

but recently they've taken to pulling their big bins out and leaving them on the road - dripping gunk all down the road. I took a picture so I could send it to someone to complain. . . . But then I ran out of zeal for the task. SO I offer you this picture as just a yuchy corner in Kirkintilloch!
