Food for the birds
The high pressure that gave us the last few gloriously sunny days and starlit nights weakened today and low pressures started to push in from the Atlantic, which in real terms means it got cloudy and a little warmer.
I was at work from dawn till way past dusk so I rushed out for a few minutes towards the end of the daylight to find a blip. These berries from some sort of ornamental rowan tree looked really good against the grey-blue mottled sky. They may be ornamental but the birds happily eat them, at least the ones they don't drop on the ground.
