After the excitement

We had quite a scary moment today when cockatiel Mieke fell from my shoulder onto the floor and Rosie was on top of her like a flash! She even pulled out one of her tail feathers! I don't know if she would have done her any real harm but fortunately I managed to rush over quickly enough to grab Rosie and get Mieke away from her before she was able to do anything else.

Another difficult day, made even worse by the arrival of the bill for Mum's cremation and farewell ceremony
