Badminton!

I've had a good day of exercise today. Went for a run this morning with my dog. Poor dog I think after doing his 5K he was pleased to see the front door!

I ploughed into some housework, food shopping, then this evening I had a few games of badminton with my hubby. I'm not going to say who won most of them ☺️
