I'm here in Lanzarote on business but I took a few moments to wander down to the beach front where this town on the north coast exists to surf. There were red flags being blown madly in the wind yet many gallant riders still rode their boards. The boys in this photo were a little more circumspect. Of course if I'd had my board and speedos and pipe (obligatory for all top surfers of a certain age) I would have been in like a flash........
