Guess...

where I spent my day today...

I've been back to the Pain Center...physical examinations, talked with doctors and physiotherapists. A tough and painful day! The pain is caused by my lower back...because I want to spare my lower back, I do all things with my upper back...A wrong posture gives the pain in my upper back, my muscles, ribs and sternum...I now have to go to Cesar therapy & Mensendieck for three months. If this doesn't work they will inject something in my spine... so fingers crossed it works...

A real quick blip, almost forgot to take a Blip for today...
