I'm sure Robbie Williams didn't have fun runs in mind when he wrote Kids, but it's got to be the song of the day.

Fifth annual Run For The Kids today. Went down to the bridge over the Domain Tunnel to watch.

The stream of people running down Batman Avenue and swinging into the Tunnel just kept coming and coming and coming. Serious runners, wheelchair athletes, fun runners, strugglers, stragglers, people in furry animal costumes, families running together in matching shirts supporting a sick child, footy players with bunny ears, super heroes....

Certainly put a smile on my face.
