Meeting at work

On the window in the distance the post-its with our remarks about what goes well, nearby the post-its with our remarks about things that need improvement. During a two morning session about how to do our work concerning how to deal with the customers. For instance, greet everyone who comes in, don't mind the books it's the customer that needs the attention etc. etc. We had a two day course with such items a year ago and now we're having a two morning rehash.

Focus of attention next time is giving feedback to colleagues...
