Lac Jovet

After three days of plumbing repairs, decoration, joinery alteration its lovely to actually get out into the mountains and enjoy just being here.
Made so much better with getting a day out with my pal Gary -  a natural force of positivity in the world.
Today's stroll was up from Les Contamines to Lac Jovet - being out with another guide - just for our own fun - its a rare pleasure to be able to move at a testing pace, confident in who your with, able to push, take the challenging lines - no clients to manage, no need to explain - just moving for the fun of it.
The day was much nicer than this pic makes it look & the two Lacs were beautiful -cdefinitly an early contender for evening run in the summer time.
