Quartet of Squirrels

These are greys.
Only a few miles up the road, in Devilla Forest, there are reds.
As you may know, the red squirrel is under serious threat from the grey squirrel, and whereever the greys expand their populations to, the endemic reds do not survive.

So the man from the Fife Red Squirrel Group has put out traps to control the greys, which hold regular parties in my garden, at most times of the year, in large numbers.
