Who tried to kill Cock Robin?

I went to town this morning, to pick up a parcel from Boots, that i had ordered online, and then straight to the gym. I saw a guy in the gym, fold a small towel and put it on the seat of the rower, he then folded another one, and put it on the top of the first towel. Blow me , but he put another one, around the other two, and then sat down on them. What was that all about. Strange , or what? Anyway, when i had finished, J met me, and we went straight to Bryngarw Park, to look for a blip. We hadn't walked very far from the car park, when we saw this bird, on one of the feeders. I really couldn't make out what it was. He flew away, and it was only when i downloaded the photos, i saw that it was a Robin, with a major defect to his head. I wonder what , or who had tried to maim him? Poor little bird. It has been such a grey day today, and my washing didn't dry, in fact it came in wetter than it went out! Chilli for our meal tonight, which should warm us up.Best viewed LARGE.
