Desk Gazing

Yesterday was a write off so far as Blip was concerned. I don't take pictures when I do technicals for children's dance concerts. Some people are sensitive to such things these days and who can blame them. In any event when a show has many dozens of precise lighting and music cues one can't afford to muck about. Concentration is non stop. Once the last performance was over it was time for the bump out and transport back to storage ... in the rain. I finished yesterday a half drowned, aching spent force.

Today I am still staring into space a bit which arrives me at another desk gazing blip. In a major re-organisation of my camera bags a number of old friends re-emerged including this mini torch which I had bought to shine on camera controls in dark situations and ... well ... never actually used. It sort of just sits there at present (on the desk) in search of a job. It shines prettily though when my desk lamp, my venetian blind window daylight and my key ring LED fall on it from various directions. Come to think of it, this qualifies as a "dof doodle" as well - now that I see it again.
