FOR A MOMENT

Yes for a moment I was back 75 years at Cowdenbeath Co-operative Society Christmas party but in reality I was at Kirkcaldy Marks and Spencer's Christmas party today to collect a friend's child. As I watched I remembered a sense of anxiety; I was not a party child and all around seemed strangers. Today all seemed relaxed and happy so it is a shame my momentary recollection caused me to tamper with a bright and happy picture but then again the original version is not too sharp so I have achieved two targets :a genuine confession of youthful timidity and the disguising of a poor photograph.
The alternative was a stereotypical shot of Dysart on a sunny day --don't tell me you would have preferred that!
