Damage

I finally bought some cycle shoes yesterday, after umming and ahhing for far far too long.

Tonight I (painstakingly – there was blood) put back on the fancy pedals. I then went around the block stopping and starting, clipping in and out of them... I may have fall unceremoniously to the ground on the third stop. Thankfully no-one was around to see.

I can't even begin to imagine a commute using them – I have to look down every time I push off... that'll never end well. Let's get the commute with normal pedals sussed first.

Bring on a Hampshire ride with dad this weekend using them though. Can't wait!
