Did someone say "cat"?

CH and I went for lunch today with my sis and her lovely family. This is Poppy, their parson JRT, who is permanently on duty guarding their property against dangerous rabbits, squirrels and cats. Unfortunately, one of the neighbour's cats finds it amusing to taunt her by parading about at the far end of the garden when she's safely inside the house; we all fear for the consequences if he ever tries this shameless act of provocation when the patio door happens to be open...

Poppy' s ears are wonderfully, and apparently independently, expressive. It's my belief that Nick Park used them as the model for Gromit's.
