Hackney - London Fields

Spent the day with daughter #2 in London. She lives in Hackney and we walked from her flat to Shoreditch through some parks and some lovely green open areas . Lovely sunny and warm day with lots of folk out and about . Managed to find a nice pub for lunch and then braved Oxford Street for some shopping . This was not a good idea as the whole place was heaving and I think its the busiest shopping street I've ever been to. I therefore retreated to the pub whilst the girls braved the crowds. Ended the day with a nice meal in Islington before collapsing into bed at 10pm .
