a great day for exploring

For her, not for me unfortunately as I am caught up in sorting all kinds of stuff indoors.
It was a beautifully bright doors-and-windows-open kind of morning. She set off in search of the birds she had seen from the window, but couldn't find any!

I finished painting the staircase.
