Ooops

I realised the other day that my laptop's webcam is no longer working. In fact, it's not even recognised as existing. I also realised the casing on the screen was coming away. I emailed dell as I have 3 year accidental damage cover and some sort of hardware cover as well. I had to send them pictures of the damage. I've been so busy they were the only shots I got.
