Amanita muscaria

Still feeling fragile today I set off to see local  event  -  A Victorian Weekend.  However, I found parking difficult and so decided not to hang about, and went to visit some woodland instead.

I found this bright fungi, not the best of specimens but only the second one I have ever seen, so I thought it worthy of blipping.

I hope I have identified it correctly  -  if not I'm sure one of you out there knows what it is.
