Superhero Saturdays

I didn't feel very superhero like, with general soreness, tiredness and nausea, but a superhero tshirt is always a good thing. What's the saying, it's easier to act your way into a new way of thinking than think your way into a new way of acting. Well I'm acting like a superhero!
