Pie

I was meant to go to my friend's belated Thanksgiving celebration today, but I was feeling under the weather. In the end the pie I made for this was eaten by me, my husband and our lodger.

The pie filling is part stuffing, part vegetarian sausage mix. I put some eggs on the top before layering the pastry on top. It's very tasty!
