A Thanksgiving Gathering

Been quite a restful day until I realised all I had to do before our 2pm lunch invitation at Roberto and Elizabeth's for Thanksgiving. Anyway, managed to get my behind into gear and get it all done. I made a very delicious (if I may say so myself) pumpkin cake with a brittle topping, oh so decadent!

We had a lovely time and scrummy meal there! Here's what we feasted on. We truly are thankful for the wonderful friends that God has blessed us with that have become like family. We share special moments like these together and treasure the memories. Very nice day indeed.
