"If you go in the ocean you want to find a pearl. It will be inside a shell. Unless you break that shell you cannot see the pearl inside. Your soul is like that. The pearl is very white, very attractive. When someone wears it straight away you’ll see it, especially if the person is not good looking. Maybe I should wear one. ;) Everybody’s heart is like a pearl. The heart is covered by shells. Through our yoga practice we break them, get a better understanding and realise that beautiful pearl."
