World class African city

My ass! We were expecting our power to be off from 10:00 to 14:30 whilst the powers that be organised essential maintenance.

The power did come on just before the allotted time but went out again after about 8 minutes. We had a faint glimmer about 17:00 then nothing. The whole routine is due to happen again tomorrow but by the sound of things we will be sitting in the dark again tomorrow.

Maybe lunch out would be a good idea or perhaps a braai.
