This is Flint Bridge, over the River Dee, in North Wales. To the right is the edge of Deeside Industrial estate, home to Tata Steel (Formerly Shotton Steelworks) and also HQ for Iceland Frozen Foods, and a large Toyota engine plant, amongst many others!
