An edible Christmas wreath

I went on a Tastes Divine cookery course today run by Karen Manley - excellent. This wreath made with sausage meat used for the ring, and decorated with mushrooms, chipolatas , bacon,bay leaves and oranges is ready to cook. I made several dishes for the holiday season.
