The Cheeky Pipi

Since we had a hard working and successful week we decided we deserved to take ourselves to a local restaurant: the Cheeky Pipi. This is a blip of their signature light shades (that also appear in the design of their website).

I had a traditional seafood chowder (including some of the best cooked squid I've had in ages), followed by a delicious surf & turf. Ms. Diaspora doesn't get the 'surf and turf' thing: I think she thinks it's just greedy to have seafood and meat in one dish. I on the other hand think it's perfectly splendid....mmmmmm.
