Mr J & little Aariyan my two fav boys both so beautiful.

Lovely morning spent with the family and these gorgeous guys.

Also did a 6 mile run this morning. The run down to Canonmill Park was my fastest time at 9.55.

I was basically trying to keep up with hubby but good to know there's some pace in the old gal.
