View from a gym

I've never been keen on using gyms; hot, noisy, full of poseurs. However as I get more of an old gimmer it's best to try to maintain strength. so I now totter down to the gym at Appleby. Poseurs are in short supply, indeed anyone is in short supply. Good view of the river from the running machines.
