Tonight is the George Coller Memorial Fund Ball. It is a bi--annual event.

They needed help with the tombola so I was up there (Burlington hotel in Birmingham City Centre) at 8.30am. My lovely daughter came and absolutely worked her little socks off. We not only carried all the tombola prizes down from the room we also arranged them in number order and then helped with decorating. We then had the joy of unscrewing 26 candelabras, looping a wreath over them and screwing them back together. My daughter was an absolute star and I am really proud of her.

Looking forward to the Ball. The theme is Downton. :) xxxxxx
