Proof of postage

Here is the proof that ten copies of the report that I have been working on all year went into the post today. Now we have to sit tight and see what the assessors think of our submission.

After a rather fraught week I'm looking forward to two fun-packed days with visitors from Hexham and Nottingham up for the weekend.

Exercise today: walk to work, and walk home again the long way (about 2 hours 20 in total). I didn't run because my left ankle is a bit swollen.
