Eurostarred it to Paris, only a wee bit stressed by the taxi that was to take us to the station being 15 minutes late. And by not knowing the PIN that we needed to pick up the tickets from the station and racing to find the relevant email.

We have rented a fabulous little apartment in Montmartre. We met up with H and one of her friends who was visiting her. After looking at a few likely-looking but full or less likely-looking places to eat, we ended up at Les Deux Moulins - famous for its starring role in Amelie. The food was basic and very good.

Afterwards, we walked H back to her apartment which sits very snugly on the top floor of a building which is conveniently next door to the Museum of Erotica on one side and "Sexy Girls" on the other side.
