Right Red Envelope Wrong Movie

A Shame:-(

I was prepared to watch Ben Kingsley again and I got this mess.
Hangover may be a good, but it is NOT what I expected or wanted.

The entire trouble began last month. A movie I received would not play so I went through their process of letting them know and told them not to replace the movie.
I figured I could miss seeing 1 movie and just keep on my regular movie schedule of 2 movies a month.

But nope.
I sent the unplayable one back and they sent me the next movie I had in my queue list. How nice of them I thought, being it was not expected.

So after I watched Sexy Beast I then received You Kill Me which put me back on my normal plan schedule.

It was worth the watch.
Ben Kingsley is a great actor and fits my needs perfect for when I get in fits of I need to see that person NOW!

Anyway_
I sent it back as per the plan and receive the normal we got, we're sending info. in my email via Netflix. So happy I am because another BK is on its way:-)

Tuesday comes and goes and nothing. Wed, Thurs. still nothing. So today when I looked and found the "Red" Envelope I was happy. I left it set on the desk while I prepared dinner and watched some cash cab and figured once I'm ready to relax from this pitiful Friday (I was baited into using the F word at a "lady" in the store) I can relax with some great acting and a good film based on true events.

But NO!!
That feeling of the rug being pulled from up under you happened.
I thought what the *bad word here* is this???
I don't even know what this is!!! I forgot I put it on hold:-)

Somehow they sent and then received back "House of Sand and Fog" and I ended up back on my plans schedule without that extra movie being watched.

Well I Say!
Doer's of a Good Deeds Netflix are not!
