Fabulous Friday

Late morning we left the house headed for south Orange County so that I could do some research. We had a small window of time and needed to be headed back home before the afternoon was too late.

So this montage of photos is displaying the the shoreline and beach community that President Richard Nixon made famous during the years of 1969-1974 when he'd come to the "Western White House" in San Clemente. I guess it was his favorite coastal city.

Hands down, our favorite coastal city is Laguna Beach, but San Clemente is a lovely second choice. It was a beautiful day to be near the shore, if even for just a short time.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Here in California, we "spring" our clock ahead 1 hour Saturday at the end of the evening.
