Hiking & Vertigo Don't Mix

Hilo, Hawaii -- This morning, I awoke to this lovely sight.  This is what happens when you mix rainforest hiking with a bad case of vertigo!

Rainy, gray, and misty in Hilo today, so that combined with the black and blue thing, we decided not to go on another planned rainforest/waterfall hike today, and went into town on a shuttle bus instead, and put a dent in our Christmas shopping.

This afternoon, we embark on another four day stint at sea before arriving in French Polynesia.
