A Non Emergency, Emergency Sunset Shot

I went out for a walk this morning just after dawn and actually managed to take several reasonable shots of the sunrise with my DSLR ... The last few days have miserable and overcast, so it made a nice change to see the sun again ...
The other advantage of capturing a few good pictures early in the day, is that I could relax a bit, knowing that even if the rest of the day went pear shaped, at least I had a picture for my blip and didn't have to start panicking half way through the afternoon as it got dark ... :o)

At around sunset, I was actually raking up leaves off the garden ... Unlike some days I wasn't continuously looking skyward, because I knew my camera already had a few good shots to upload onto the PC ... but I glanced up anyway ...
You know, just out of curiosity ... :o)

I then chucked the rake down and ran off up the road ...
I only had my "emergency" camera with me ... but hey, this was an emergency ...

So here is an emergency shot (which I didn't need to take), taken with my emergency camera (instead of my "big" camera) ... :o)

Blip-break over, I just had time to finish off my work in the garden ... :o)
