Ready to fill up now.

By the end of today this was the progress at the shop, ready for the shelves to be filled. That's when it all comes to life and all the colour fills the scene. Today, in addition to the baker I Blipped yesterday, we found a butcher almost opposite that did very tasty breakfast rolls! Bacon and sausage straight from their counter, cooked in front of us and served in a fresh roll. At lunchtime, I sampled what the bakers called a Battenburg Bookend, a delicious slice of home made Battenburg dipped in chocolate. All good consolation for the slightly torturous journey home.
