It is Friday

Last night we saw the return of "The Jazz Police", fronted by John and Kathy Dyson, both incredibly accomplished jazz musicians from Manchester. Knowing it was them I decided to frame a copy of my previous sketch to put in the raffle - well it's in the xmas spirit!

But last night it was not the beautiful red leather cap and the dishevelled pale suit! And Kathy's red hair was tied up and not loosely uncontrolled as before!

So its a case of waiting for inspiration and it strangely came when I realised I could sketch this very interesting profile of Kathy's face and the rest followed naturally

So the quintet last night was John and Kathy Dyson, Martin Longhawn, Steve Hanley. and Tom Riviere. - the other 3 talented guys
