Sun Light Bursting Through after a Bad Weather Day
I picked some beetroot, kale and parsnip to juice and my blip today was the lovely deep red/blackcurrent colours of the large chopped beetroot, but the poor beetroot got edge out by an unexpected late appearance of the sun who had been hiding all day long!
A gap in the sky just before sunset allowed the sunlight to burst through after a dark rainy afternoon. It provided some dramatic colours and cloud formations.
I love the sunsets here they are always so different, so I’m sure I’ll be posted a few more!
But you have to feel sad for the beetroot.
