Well, the little bubbles from the Moscato d'Asti didn't materialize as advertised for some reason, but the color of the wine jelly and its taste were spot on. The topping is Mascarpone and white chocolate shavings. I snagged one of the servings from the refrigerator for a quick Blip session before we set off for dinner.
