Derelict Condo

There's a few of these under capitalized building projects around - cash ran out before the project was finished. A model dressed in white walked thru my photo on cue. Then I noticed that there was someone camped out in one of the spaces. I popped in to photograph the furniture, and the occupant suddenly appeared outside. He's the one-legged guitar busker I often see around, and have even blipped before.
