The Morning Ritual

This is Pippy, wrapping herself in a towel she just pulled off the towel rail in the bathroom. She does this every morning, and sometimes in the afternoon, too. She really is a dafty.

I took the photo just before we left to go to the hospital for my CT scan. It was hideous. I had air injected into my bowel, and it was the most uncomfortable feeling. I've got an appointment to see the surgeon next Thursday, where he will discuss the results. They're pretty sure it is cancer, so I'll need an operation soon, and possibly radiotherapy, depending on where exactly the growth is.
I have a few stressful weeks ahead of me.
