I grew this

One of the problems of using wood chip as a mulch is the variety of other plants you can get. I currently have four different fungi growing amongst the plants in the front boarder, this being the most photogenic.
I discovered them as I cleared the remains of the summer show, three wheelbarrows full of dahlia stems and various others that needed tidying up. Even though a lot has been cleared there is still a fine array of plants still in leaf to provide interest.
If the weather holds I will be moving the pots and outside furniture inside tomorrow. I think I said that last weekend as well. Might be doing so again next weekend too.
