These two quotes were what I was thinking as I stood waiting for the Green Man to cross the road..I might not believe in God to keep me safe but I believe in green men :-)

Had another estate agent out to the house today, liked this one better, he understood the area, gave me decent tips on what to do to fix up the house and gave me a better idea of what we could potentially sell for. Feeling more positive now and that's enthused me to get my ass into gear and sort this place!

Tomorrow is Friday, aka Hubby home day..yeeha!
