Tonight's treat

Is a Bells and coke.

I haven't had any alcohol for several weeks, my moods have been fairly low, and alcohol can work to make me even more miserable if I'm not incredibly careful, so I only have one if I'm truly OK.

Well, this week I've been reasonably fine, and I thought it was time for something nice, so one carefully measured Bells whiskey and coke it is, along with a night of telly, facebook and twitter!
