All prepared for Christmas.

We had our Christmas cooking evening at work tonight. ( Scroll back to yesterday for more information on this). What a fabulous evening we had... Some mulled wine and nibbles as well as some cheesy Christmas music got everybody in the mood for some serious cooking....

This is my friend Claire- she made the sausage and nut stuffing cake. It's all ready to go in the freezer and then be cooked on Christmas Day.
